GENERAL TERMS

When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

The shipping cost of the product will be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the designated recipient within 30 days, provided that this period does not exceed the legal limit. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and, if applicable, with a warranty certificate, user manual, and other necessary documents.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of awareness and must refund the total price within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS

If the product has been delivered and it is determined that the payment was made fraudulently with an unauthorized credit card, and the related bank or financial institution does not pay the seller for the product, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller's expense.

UNFORESEEABLE REASONS FOR NON-DELIVERY

If unforeseeable force majeure circumstances prevent timely delivery, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, a replacement with a similar product, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the refund will be made within 14 days if paid in cash. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed within 14 days, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

Before accepting the delivery, the buyer must inspect the product. If there are any damages such as dents, cracks, or torn packaging, the buyer should not accept the product from the shipping company. If the product is accepted, it is considered undamaged. After delivery, the buyer must carefully protect the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date of the product without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, by notifying the seller through the contact details provided below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For services, the 14-day period begins from the contract signing date. If the service has started with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

The costs arising from the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a written notice via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days. The product must be unused and in compliance with the "Non-Returnable Products" section of this agreement.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer must return:

• The product’s invoice (If the invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must also be provided.)

• The return form

• The product with its original box, packaging, and all standard accessories, undamaged and complete.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The seller must refund the total amount and any documents that place the buyer under financial obligation within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notification and must accept the product return within 20 days.

If the product has been damaged or cannot be returned due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller for the loss. However, if the product has been used appropriately within the withdrawal period, the buyer is not liable for changes or deterioration.

If the withdrawal causes the total purchase amount to fall below the campaign limit, any discounts granted will be canceled.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Custom-made products designed according to the buyer’s request or personal needs

• Undergarments, swimwear, bikini bottoms, and makeup products

• Single-use items, perishable goods, or products with an expired shelf life

• Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons after their packaging has been opened

• Items that have been mixed with other products and cannot be separated due to their nature

• Newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals (except for subscription-based deliveries)

• Services that are instantly performed online or digital goods that are immediately delivered

• Audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software, data storage devices, and computer accessories if their packaging has been opened

For cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, books, software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened, undamaged, and unused.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they accept that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank under their credit card agreement. The bank may take legal action and request legal fees and expenses from the buyer. If the buyer fails to fulfill their debt obligation, they are responsible for compensating the seller for damages caused by the delayed payment.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

• Payment can be made via bank transfer (EFT) to our TL-denominated bank accounts.

• Online payments can be made via credit cards with a single payment or installment options.

• Once the order is completed, the credit card will be charged for the order amount.
